  The farmacy waiting time is horrible, I was told to wait 20 mins and after 2 hrs I had to get my prescription form back and go some place else, where I was able to get it in 5 mins

  The pharmacy is extremely SLOW! I was told 20-30 minutes to wait for a med to be filled. We waited 2 HOURS!!! When we left, there were 10 people in line. 1 pharmacist and 2 techs in back, store manager also there to help. But still too busy for them to handle. Why is Laura not there (Pharm. Manager)? It is never this bad when she is. When I call, hold time is always over 30 minutes, even for my son's doctor office is on hold over 30 minutes!! AVOID THIS LOCATION. Then today I called, on hold 30 minutes, med not approved, asked for pharmacist, put on hold, after 5 minutes someone hung up on me. Called back, I'm still on hold and it's at 31 minutes!! This is ridiculous!! I'm going somewhere else, you should too. :(
