  I have been going to this GameStop since I moved to Beaumont several years ago they have always been helpful getting me what I want and also providing me with the information for what's coming out and anything else I need to know about the gaming world. I did want to talk about 2 employees here that make me always want to come back and only buy everything from this store no matter if it's a game or just getting Xbox cash or PS cash to buy something online. Richard and Joel are the 2 employee's that I'm talking about they are always friendly and always helpful. These two Guy's are a great example of what customer service should be. In fact I'm surprised they aren't managers of there own stores yet.
